Administrative Centre, Chartres

The Administrative Center involves the restoration of the Montescot Hotel, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The architectural firm Willmotte & Associés Architectes was able to plan an impressive 13’665 m² and the result of this is a beautiful mix between old and new / history and modernity. The Topakustik elements were installed in various rooms: Reception Hall, Connecting Gallery and Hallway. Our team was able to produce customised panels in a smooth finish and including microperforation in the ALPI walnut finish. The Topakustik products lend the hotel simple elegance and acoustic comfort.
